SHIPPING POLICY – 100% VIRGIN HAIR

Order Processing

All 100% Virgin Hair orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Canada: 2–5 business days
United States: 3–6 business days
International: 5–10 business days

We ship using FedEx, Canada Post, and UPS. The carrier is selected based on destination and service availability.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. If shipping is included in the product price, no additional shipping fee will apply.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Fidèle by Feza is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Carrier Delays & Liability

Once an order has been shipped, Fidèle by Feza is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Weather disruptions
Customs clearance delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery claims.

SHIPPING POLICY – RAW HAIR

Raw Hair is a premium, sourced product and requires extended preparation.

Order Processing

Raw Hair orders require 7–15 business days for processing before shipment.

This timeframe allows for sourcing, quality inspection, and preparation.

During high-demand periods, processing may extend up to 20 business days.

Once processing has begun, Raw Hair orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Canada: 2–5 business days
United States: 3–6 business days
International: 5–10 business days

We ship using FedEx, Canada Post, and UPS.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

Important Notice

Raw Hair is sourced and prepared specifically per order. All sales are final once processing begins.

Expedited processing may be available upon request, subject to additional fees and availability.

All delivery claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
